29 CFR 1910.28(b)(6)(ii): Employees 4 feet (1.2m) or more above dangerous equipment were not protected from falling by: (A) a Guardrail system, (B) a Safety net system, (C) a Travel restraint system, or (D) a Personal fall arrest system: a) Trimmer Infeed Landing Table after Unscrambler: On April 2, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet 4 inches to the conveyor below while removing product.
