JC Bax Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1345902 Citation 1, Item 1b, issued on 11/07/2018, and became Final Order on 11/16/2018.
