29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. At the 1326 W. Fernau Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin jobsite; fall protection was not utilized while working from a Genie Z-45/25J aerial lift exposing employees to fall hazards.
