29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck was moved when the boom was elevated in a working position with men in the basket:  a) Fort Knox Army Base - 500-503 9th Cavalry Regiment Ave, Fort Knox, Kentucky - Warrior Transition Center Courtyard: On or about 4/4/2019, a worker scanning nodes to test LED lights was riding in an insulated truck-mounted aerial lift bucket that was elevated approximately 6'3" while the truck was moving.
