29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment: a) Jobsite: On April 5, 2019 and at times prior thereto site audits conducted by the controlling employer, Young Construction Group of Idaho, Inc., did not identify sub-contractor employees exposed to unserviceable equipment. A chop saw was used with the blade guard catcher missing and the blade guard pinned back. b) Jobsite: On April 5, 2019 and at times prior thereto site audits conducted by the controlling employer, Young Construction Group of Idaho, Inc., did not identify a temporary propane tank that was not adequately protected from vehicular traffic within the jobsite. Note) Certification of corrective actions are required for these items.
