29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Employee(s) were exposed to amputation hazards. Employee(s) operating the automatic Leaver machine and the manual Leaver machine were exposed to unguarded, 12 inch, circler cutting blades. The foil cutting blades on the Leaver machines were not provided with guards.
