29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about April 1, 2019, in the Southeast area of the parking lot of a commercial building, where employees working from Elliott L60 boom truck were exposed to a fall hazard while erecting signage without a body belt with lanyard connected to an anchorage point on the boom or basket of the lift.
