29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    a) 7th Floor - On or about April 9, 2019, the safety data sheet for ProMar Metal Enamel Rust Preventive Coating (B34WB153), a flammable liquid containing additional hazardous properties such as, but not limited to, skin and eye irritation, and respiratory irritation, was not readily accessible to each employee as they painted the door trims.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):  Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction reference: 1926.59)  a) 7th Floor - On or about April 9, 2019, employees were permitted to use ProMar Metal Enamel Rust Preventive Coating (B34WB153), which is an irritant/flammable and were not informed about the hazards associated with the chemical nor trained in the labeling elements and safety data sheets format.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
