29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): When power operated tools are designed to accommodate guards, they were not equipped with such guards when in use: a) Fort Knox Army Base - Building 297 located at 127 Gold Vault Road, Fort Knox, Kentucky - basement: Workers were using an unguarded Hitachi 10" table saw to cut foam for stucco application exposing workers to amputation and laceration injuries.
