29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment was not used when compressed air was used for cleaning purposes: (a) On April 29, 2019 the compressed air hoses used for cleaning in cells 14 and 16 with air pressure between 85 and 100 pounds per square inch (psi) were not equipped with safety nozzles to reduce the pressure to 30 psi. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET)
