The exit route leading to the exit discharge was obstructed by building materials and tools. The condition was noted at or about 04/09/19. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(1)(ii): Contaminated sharps were not discarded immediately or as soon as feasible in containers that were puncture resistant: (a) Atlas Practice Management, LLC dba Omni Aesthetics. The employees were exposed to the hazards of sharp objects. Used 27 gauge needle, wrapped on gauze, was left on counter top, injuring an employee. The condition was noted at or around 12/04/18. (b) Atlas Practice Management, LLC dba Omni Aesthetics. The employees were exposed to the hazards of sharp objects. Used 32 gauge needle, wrapped on gauze, was left on counter top, injuring an employee. The condition was noted at or around 04/02/19. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
