29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof are utilizing fall protection. This most recently occurred on April 8, 2019 on the jobsite located at 1571 Hardwood Dr., Papillion, NE 68046. Eight employees were installing new shingles on the roof of an existing house. Four of the employees were not utilizing any form of fall protection. The house has a ten in twelve steep sloped pitch and ground to eve height is approximately thirteen feet.
