29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Kitchen Prep Area - On or about April 3, 2019, employees operated an unguarded Hobart B340 mixer with an approximately 5 inch opening above the 15 inch diameter bowl, exposing them to potential contact with the rotating part of the mixer. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
