29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) 1679 S. Dupont Highway, Lakeview Plaza, Dover DE - On or about April 9 & 10, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees had and used fall protection while conducting roofing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels, exposing employees to falls. ELJ Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278197, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 21427 Cubbage Farm Road, Lincoln, Delaware, 19960.
