29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 2, 2019, the employer did not ensure that its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Pedro Cruz Mendez were exposed to fall hazards of up to 13 feet while engaged in re-roofing activities on a residential building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
