This violation was observed on or about April 9, 2019 at 518 S. Bryant Ave, Edmond, Oklahoma, the employer did not ensure each platform was fully planked while employees were performing touch up operations to the face of the building, exposing the employees to falls of more than 10 feet to the parking lot below.
