29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The procedures shall clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) Production Area: On or about April 4, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards in that no specific procedures to control hazardous mechanical and hydraulic energy were developed for assembling airport catering and baggage handling trucks.

29 CFR 1910.138(a): General requirements. Employers shall select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes. a) Warehouse, LPG container storage: On April 11, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards while removing and replacing LPG containers on Powered Industrial Truck, Toyota Model 7FGU35 Serial Number 71082, in that proper skin protection was not provided.
