29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): The employer did not ensure each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or the use of a safety monitoring system. On or about April 10, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12.2 feet while performing roofing activities on a commercial roof and a suitable fall protection system was not used.
