OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from the steel storage racks system having the following deficiencies: a) Three of the uprights of the over flow freezer storage racks were damaged and not repaired immediately, on or about 4/11/19. b) Plaques indicating the maximum permissible unit load and/or maximum uniformly distributed load per level and the maximum total load per bay were not posted on any of the steel storage racks aisles, on or about 4/11/19. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to follow the User Manual for Interlake's Storage Rack Products and the ANSI standard MH16.1-2008
