Lot 109 Old Field, Daphne, Alabama: On or about April 12, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use a six foot a-frame ladder to gain access to the roof top and the employees stepped and used the top step of the ladder to get on and off the roof exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9.8 feet to the ground below.
