The diesel was stored in a plastic (Muriatic Acid) container.       Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Great Lakes Cast Stone -  A washer was required to wear a MSA brand half-face air-purifying respirator during washing operations. On or about April 12, 2019, the seal between the tight-fitting respirator facepiece and the employee's face was compromised by facial hair.
