29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   On or about April 12, 2019, at 1500 W. Cypress Rd. Fort Lauderdale, employees were working on the perimeter of the roof without a fall protection system, exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  On or about April 12, 2019, on 1500 W. Cypress Rd. Unit 510, Fort Lauderdale, employees were using chemicals including but not limited to gasoline, hot tar, propane gas while the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets for that products at the worksite.
