29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about April 11, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite located at 8314 Tulip Lane, Naples, FL 33113 an employee placing a tarp over an elevated pool enclosure without the use of fall protection was exposed to a 10-ft. fall hazard. Kelly Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1360478, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1070/1080 5th St S Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
