29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) 3123 Route 38 West, Mount Laurel, NJ: on or about April 10, 2019 an Absolute Signs & Neon employee was working from the basket of a truck mounted telescoping boom aerial lift. The employee was not anchored to the boom or basket and was thus exposed to potential fall hazards.
