29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Main building: On or about April 9, 2019, and times prior, a build-up of lint dust was found on/around machines, connection hoses and ceiling purlins/rafters. The combustible lint dust was not cleaned on a regular basis to prevent accumulation. b) Shipping building: On or about April 9, 2019, and times prior, a build-up of lint dust was found on/around machines, connection hoses and ceiling purlins/rafters.
