29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds): (a) Bluelinx Corporation at 3900 Uvalda St. Denver, Co 80239: On or before 4/15/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees use a welded metal man basket mounted on a forklift that was not approved to serve specifically as such. The basket lacked one or more methods of being secured to the forklift to prevent it from falling off. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
