29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about 4/11/2019, at 2190 Ponce-By-Pass Ponce, PR in the LAN area, the flexible cord connected to an electrical server was not connected to device and fitting so that strain relief was provided. NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR VIOLATION.
