29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Mast Climber Scaffolding, near SE corner of structure: On or about April 11, 2019, the employer did not ensure fall protection was used while conducting masonry installation related activities from the scaffolding which exposed employees to falls up to approximately 30-feet to the ground below. b) Mast Climber Scaffolding, near NE corner of structure: On or about April 11, 2019, the employer did not ensure fall protection was used while conducting power washing related activities from the scaffolding which exposed an employee to a fall of approximately 50-feet to the ground below.
