29 CFR 1926.59: Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200 of this chapter.  1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:    On or about 04/15/2019, Advantage Construction & Remodeling, a job site located at 100 Sugar Creek Drive, Troy, MO (and/or other site(s)), employees were exposed to various products such as Dyna Grip 4000 by DAP, OSI & Latex chalking, and diesel fuel.  The employer did not have nor provided Safety Data Sheets (SDS) within their HAZCOM Program; therefore, none were available at the site.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:ALLEGED VIOLATION DESCRIPTION (A.V.D.):     On or about 04/15/2019, Advantage Construction & Remodeling, a job site located at 100 Sugar Creek Drive, Troy, MO, was missing the strain relief at the plug.  The employer did not ensure that the flexible cord was free from recognized hazards which provided electric power to the air compressor.  The outer jacket of the electrical cord had pulled out of the plug.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:    On or about 04/15/2019, Advantage Construction & Remodeling, a job site located at 100 Sugar Creek Drive, Troy, MO, had employee(s) exposed to a floor opening of approximate dimensions of 10 foot 10 inch by 3 foot 3 inch.  The present fall height to the lower level measured approximately 9 feet.
