29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): The employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     On or about April 12, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards at and above 14.7 feet while performing roofing activities on a single family home and a suitable fall protection system was not used.    SERGIO VALTIERRA-CARDONA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1229370, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1a, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 30, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1539 SUMMIT ST, GALESBURG, IL 61401.
