29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected: On or about April 15, 2019 and at times prior and thereto, in the disk grinder area of the facility, where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating an air gun that had been attached to a quick disconnect coupling. The quick disconnect was attached to the supply air hose by a worm drive type hose clamp that was not rated for the pressure it serviced.
