On or about April 15, 2019, in the truss area, employees using the Alpine liner saw (Model #276c) were exposed to struck-by hazards due to the employer's energy control procedures not clearly and specifically outlining the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy.
