29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: On or about 04/10/2019, employees tasked with tearing off and installing new roofing materials on a residential property located at 1414 and 1416 Northland Ave. in Lakewood, OH, were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from a heights of approximately 25 (+) feet, from the top of the roof to ground level.
