29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about March 29, 2019, Tony's 1 Construction, Inc. did not ensure that employees conducing re-roofing operations on a single-family residential home at 5958 S Nome St., Englewood, CO 80111 were protected from fall hazards greater than 11 feet. Tony's 1 Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 Duty to have fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101874, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6919 E. Girard Ave., Denver, CO 80224. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
