29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 14 & 16 Buttell Avenue, Lakewood NJ: A company worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 22 feet to the ground surface below, when working from a pitched roof while wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached to it and a properly installed anchor. Condition observed on or about 04/17/19.
