29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Workplace: The extruded aluminum stocks were stacked 5 bundles high without being appropriately blocked, interlocked and/or utilizing other safe means to prevent from sliding and collapsing. On April 16, 2019, four(4) bundles of the extruded aluminum stocks collapsed, and two (2) employees sustained injuries from the incident.
