(c) The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical and fire hazards while utilizing a personal electric heater. In cubical 03-19, a 15 amp Pelonis space heater and computer equipment were plugged into a relocatable power tap (AKA power strip) with a maximum load of 15 amps.
