29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about April 16, 2019, GreenPoint Roofing, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that EGM Roofing, LLC, (sub-contractor) and Solórzano Construction, LLC, (sub-contractor), protected their employees from fall hazards of thirty eight feet and greater while engaged in residential re-roofing operations at an apartment complex. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). GreenPoint Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059761, citation number 1, item 1 and became a final order on June 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4990 and 4989 S Prince Ct., Littleton, CO 80123.
