29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) On April 16, 2019, and at times prior, the exposing employer, EGM Roofing, LLC, did not ensure employees, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations on a residential apartment complex, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of 38 feet and greater.     Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
