29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):  Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) CW Brown Foods  Inc. :  The employer did not develop and implement lockout/tagout procedures for machinery that includes but is not limited to: Grinders, Mixers, stuffers, Packing machines, frezzer tunnel, cooking machine, etc. Employees conducting maintenance were not provided with specific written LO/TO procedures to control all energy sources, occurred on or about 04/17/2019.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) CW Brown Foods Inc.:  The employer did not install a guard on the Heat sealer (sealed air) machine Model #126-ADA, S/N AD8G54-01 to protect employees from crushing hazards from the rotating  parts and ingoing nip points on the machine, observed on or about 05/17/2019.  b)  CW Brown Foods Inc:  The blade of the Hobart Meat cutter band saw, model #5216-0, S/N 11-157-145 was not guarded while employees were cutting meat and bone, employees were not using a guard or any other methods to prevent their fingers from getting close to the point of operation, observed on or about 05/17/2019.
