29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Mixed use new construction, building 12000 Hamilton Way, 12000 Woodlane Rd in Eastampton, NJ, 08060, at the rear (North) side of the facility: Employer did not initiate and maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite which would have prevented employee exposures observed on site on or about 4/18/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
