29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) 1431 Mahone Ave., Bldg 9025, Fort Lee, VA 23801: On or about April 18, 2019, and times prior thereto, unused openings in a panel marked PA in a common hallway through a Military Clothing stock area, had knockouts missing in two locations, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) 1431 Mahone Ave., Bldg 9025, Fort Lee, VA 23801: On or about April 18, 2019, and times prior thereto, a panel marked PA in a common hallway through a Military Clothing stock area, had a panel door that remained ajar due to a missing door lock that rendered the panel unguarded, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
