29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck: a) Mixed use new construction, building 12000 Hamilton Way (Woodlane Rd) in Eastampton, NJ, 08060- Rear of building: Employees operating powered industrial trucks allowed additional riders in in unauthorized positions where they did not occupy a seat, were not secured and was not intended as a riding location by the manufacturer, observed on or about 4/18/19. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
