29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Missoula County Country Club: On April 18, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below on a roof with a 10:12 pitch while delivering roofing materials.
