29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) Maintenance area: On or about April 18, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to hazards while using the Stay Brite solder during maintenance repair tasks and the employer did not ensure that the Safety Data Sheets was on site and available to employees.
