29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about April 19, 2019, employees of the subcontractor were working from scaffolding that was not provided with guardrails or other forms of fall protection, exposing the subcontractors employees to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet.
