29 CFR 1926.952(b): The briefing did not cover at least the following subjects: Hazards associated with the job, work procedures involved, special precautions, energy-source controls, and personal protective equipment requirements: a) Worksite at 909 West Bypass, Andalusia, Al; On or about April 9, 2019: The employer failed to ensure the Foreman covered the potential hazards and procedures to follow during the job site briefing when employees had to reset a pole that was located near a silt fence on muddy ground which created a restricted work area.
