Keating - Worksite located at One Bala Plaza, Bala Cynwyd, PA - On or about April 11, 2019, an employee was required to wear a half-face disposable respirator for protection from inhalation hazards of silica while using an electric chipping hammer drill to break up concrete. The employer did not provide medical evaluations as required. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
