The condition was most recently documented on or about April 16th, 2019 at the facility located at 9709 E Central, Wichita KS 67206. The employer did not ensure that employees were re-installing the brewer shield/guard before initiating the filter paper cycle on the Starbucks Interactive Cup Brewer, exposing employees to pinching and crushing point of operation hazards.
