29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 36 Timbercrest Drive, Sewell, NJ; on or about April 22, 2019 5 State Contractors LLC employees were conducting roofing activities on a 3 story townhome style residential structure. Employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
